He has won numerous accolades, including the Lifetime Achievement Award, during his 30 years with 60 Minutes and lengthy career with CBS. Kroft submitted almost 500 articles for 60 minutes. Kroft won the 2018 Edward R. Murrow Award for an episode of 60 minutes, “The Isle of Eigg,” exploring an island’s autonomous culture off the Scottish coast. In 2014, 2010, 2003, 2001, 1999 and 1994 he won the Emmy Awards, including a 2003 Lifetime Achievement Award.
