Toby Kirkup, the star of “Peaky Blinders,” died last summer after being sent home from the hospital with chest problems, according to a court in England.

Later in the afternoon, though, his condition deteriorated. He began to vomit before going into cardiac arrest, according to Bradford Coroner’s Court.
