Who is Chichi Morah?

Chichi Morah is the wife of Sound Sultan.

Sound Sultan, a Nigerian rapper, died at the age of 44. According to a family member Dr. Kayode Fasasi, the musician, real name Olanrewaju Fasasi, died of throat cancer.


Sound Sultan was 44 years old and his wife Chichi Morah is around 30-35 years old.


They have 3 children together.

Sound Sultan married Chichi Morah, who is now known as Farida Fasasi from the Igbo ethnic group, in 2009.

Following their wedding, Morah, who was previously of Christian faith, converted to Islam, Sultan’s religion. Sultan, who belongs to the Igbo ethnic group, responded to charges that his wife was forced to convert to Christianity by saying: “No one force anyone to do a religion. It just happens that she married me and she really…really was in love with the religion herself,”

Sultan had previously talked up on what makes his and Morah’s decades-long marriage work out so well in 2017, long before he was diagnosed with cancer.

Sultan claimed at the time, speaking to the source Saturday Beats, that Morah does not enjoy being in the spotlight, blaming social media for the crushing breakups of huge personalities in the entertainment sector.

On the 12th of May, 2021, it was revealed that Sound Sultan is having treatment in the form of chemotherapy in America after being diagnosed with throat cancer.

How Did Sound Sultan Die? (Cause Of Death)

Unfortunately, he died of the illness on July 11, 2021, at the age of 44. A statement from one Dr. Kayode Fasasi, who is thought to be his brother, also confirms my death on July 11, 2021.

In a statement, Kayode stated, “It is with heavy heart that we announce the death of multi -talented veteran singer, Rapper, Song Writer, Olarenwaju Fasasi AKA Sound Sultan,”

“passed away at the age of 44, following a hard fought battle with Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma.”
