Soncerae Smith Biography: Wiki, Age, Family, Cause Of Death, Committed Suicide

The popular YouTuber Soncerae Smith has died at age 39. Family of Smith said she was the target of “harassment” and “stalking.” Smith is survived by her son.

She was living in Los Angeles at the time of her death, according to Smith’s personal Facebook account. Smith wrote on her profile that her hometown was Fort Washington, Maryland and she was raised in Detroit, Michigan. Smith claimed on her page that she was single. Smith lived in Atlanta before residing in California.

Smith described herself as a “TV personality, model, motivational speaker and visionary” on her official Facebook page. In her biography section, Smith wrote that she had previously dated singers Trey Songz and Ray Lavender, as well as former Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson.

Smith also alleges in that segment that she is in an abusive relationship with a photographer named Courage Osadolor. Smith said the couple’s relationship ended in that section when Osadolor allegedly posted “nude and unflattering” pictures of her online. Smith writes, “His effort to shame her had shaken her to the heart after the chaos of their abusive relationship. His actions had also professional damage to her. It made her want to change careers and become a positive influence for young people.

Soncerae Smith Cause Of Death

It is alleged that after a series of online abuse and Bullying by fellow Black Youtubers Smith committed suicide. The tragic death of Smith had been confirmed in a post on her Facebook account. The entry reads:

We appreciate the outpour of sympathy & compassion from Soncerae’s friends as well as supporters. We ask that you give our family privacy as we deal with the circumstances surrounding her passing.

Vicious rumors can destroy a person. Being a victim of online stalking and harassment can take a toll on any person. Please continue to keep our family in your prayers.

There is help out there. Suicide is never the answer.

At the time of her death, Smith’s Instagram account had been set to private. Smith wrote in her profile section on bio, “Live like this life is all there is. And love it like your life’s depending on it.”
