Officials say an Oklahoma woman named Rebecca McCurdy was mauled to death by a bunch of pit bulls she was dog-sitting.
The body of Rebecca McCurdy, a mother of two, was discovered in a garage in Skiatook, a hamlet about 16 miles north of Tulsa, by officers on Saturday, according to the Pawhuska Journal-Capital.
While the official cause of death has yet to be determined, deputies believe McCurdy was the victim of a dog attack based on evidence found at the site.
She was 28 years old.

In a statement, the Osage County Sheriff’s Office said, “There were several pit bull dogs caged in the garage,”
“One of the dog cages was toppled over and there were many signs of a dog attack visible.”
The homeowner told officials that he breeds and sells pit bulls as a hobby.
The Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office has yet to provide an official cause and manner of death to investigators.
Authorities took the dogs suspected of attacking the family from the house and are holding them pending further investigation.
According to her obituary, McCurdy is survived by her husband, Brandon, and their two small children, Brandon “Bear” Michael and Reagan Alexandria-Jane.
The obituary reads, “Rebecca had a warmth and a genuine glow about her that was infectious,”
“She kept everyone on their toes in the best possible way. The void she is leaving behind is vast and wide and our lives will be forever changed without her with us,”
