Who can forget Berlin? He is one of the the main character in Money Heist AKA La Casa De Papel. And definitely he’s one of the fan favorite character. Maybe no one needs to say anything about Money Heist. Money Heist one of the most popular Netflix series right now. The real name of the person who played the role of “Berlin” is Pedro Alonso. He was born in Vigo, Pontevedra, Galicia, Spain on 21 June 1972 and was widely known for his role in Spanish films and television shows.

Pedro Alonso Career

He got his first appearance in television short film, Habitos, in 1995. He is also involved in dance as well as his love for acting, which is why he has taken many dance lessons at the Teatro de la Danza. He worked in a local bar, after spending so many years as unemployed in performing despite his talent. In Netflix’s Money Heist series he just fabulous in the role of Andres “Berlin” Fonollosa. Because of that role, he has not only gained popularity but also got enormous fame worldwide. Besides that, Diego Murquia / Adrian Vera Celande at the Gran Hotel was also well identified. He is also involved in dance aside from his love for playing, which is why he has taken numerous dance lessons at the Teatro de la Danza.

Pedro Alonso thus played one of the most complicated but important characters in the Money Heist series. The show designer Alex Pina also clarified Berlin’s significance in the series when some audience asked him to remove the character in Berlin from the series. He said,

Someone said to me, ‘This character doesn’t belong in our time, you should take him out of the series’. I said I had no intention of taking him out of the series. He’s a misogynist, a narcissist and a psychopath in many ways, but we could have a character like tha in the series and the audience could freely decide whose side they’re on, right?

Entonces Julieta se acerca y se deja caer en el sofá, a mi lado. Más aún. Se acurruca conmigo, colocando su cabeza entre la mía y mi hombro derecho con esa dulzura tan auténtica que ella tiene. Cálida como la hermosa luz azul de sus increíbles ojos. Nos abrazamos muy dulcemente durante unos segundos, como dos hermanos que se reencuentran tras un largo viaje. (Ahí no pienso.) 2. Hace doscientos, trescientos años, hice mi primera película. En ella Julieta interpretaba a mi tía. Me parece increíble estar en este sillón de Cáceres después de que a ella le hayan dado el premio de honor por toda su carrera y a mí, el de mejor actor de series del pasado año. Siento como algo extraordinario seguir aquí. Disfrutando cada vez más profundamente del privilegio de interpretar, contar y pintar historias. En el formato que sea. 3.
