Pamela Moore was the wife of Captain Tom.

Pamela, who was from Gravesend, at the age of 33 she married Tom when he was 48. They were married in 1968. They have been together for almost 40 years.

Tom told The Mirror before about how they met,
As it so happened, the office manager in Gravesend was a rather attractive young lady – she looked terrific to me, like a model – so I had to do various trips and, shall we say, the attraction with the office manager became stronger and I eventually married her.
Pamela Moore Death Cause
But, unfortunately, when she was in her 60s and was diagnosed with dementia, Pamela’s health sadly deteriorated.
For a couple of years, Tom cared for his wife until she was transferred to a nursing home, but she passed away in 2006. In the village of Marston Moretaine in Bedfordshire, Captain Tom then went to live with his daughter, Hannah, and his grandchildren, Georgia and Benjie.
Captain Tom’s Death Cause
On 31 January 2021, after testing positive for COVID-19 and being treated for pneumonia, Moore was admitted to Bedford Hospital.
Two days later, on 2 February 2021, he died of the illness.
