She made an ugly gesture, prompting the other vehicle, which was apparently carrying Eriz and Lee, to drive behind her silver Chevrolet Sonic and fire at it, injuring the youngster on his way to kindergarten.

According to NBC News, Eriz and Lee were driving on the Riverside Freeway the following week when a “driver in a blue Tesla did something to make defendant Eriz angry,” according to Assistant DA Whitney Bokosky.

Bokosky wrote, “Defendant Eriz again took out his gun and brandished it to the driver of the Tesla. That driver told the defendants that he had called the police and then he drove away,”

She added, “Defendant Eriz is an extreme danger to the community,”

“He has shown that he cannot control his temper and he goes to extremes in the snap of a finger when he is angered.”

According to NBC Los Angeles, Eriz has “multiple firearms in his possession” including an “AR, a revolver and the Glock 17 that was used in this murder,”
