Louise Smith Bio/Wiki
A British hairdresser named Louise Smith died in Iran after receiving ‘low-cost’ cosmetic surgery. While living in Dubai, Louise Smith traveled to the Middle Eastern country for the operation.
After gaining weight during the lockdown, she apparently grew preoccupied with improving her appearance.
However, Louise, who was from Coventry in the West Midlands, died on July 28.
She is 37 years old.
After a partnership ended, the hairdresser worked for Toni & Guy in the UK for 19 years and is said to have gone to the Middle East in 2019 for a better life.
Her family in the United Kingdom is now seeking to repatriate her body. Neil, Louise’s father, said the process is progressing “very slowly” and that the sorrowful homecoming has yet to be scheduled.
How Did Louise Smith Die?
Danni Chauhan, a friend of hers, told the paper that she couldn’t understand what had occurred. She said, “What a young life lost all because we want to look a certain way that social media portrays us to look like. I’m so sorry you had to go through this alone.”
Her family is still reeling from the shock of the revelation. Sharon Elston, Louise’s 51-year-old sister, told The Sun, “We are all in shock at the moment.”
Crowdfunding has raised approximately £14,000.
