Tennessee police are looking for a father named ‘Kobia Eugene Lloyd Jr.’ who, during a dispute with his children’s mother, opened fire on a car, hitting their 8-month-old baby girl, authorities said.
The Columbia Police Department is searching for Kobia Eugene Lloyd Jr., according to WZTV, who is facing charges of attempted first-degree murder, child threat, and reckless danger in connection with the shooting, which took place about 3:30 p.m. At the Hallmark Apartments on Saturday.
