According to a statement from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Jeffrey Nicholas is accused of killing two Concho County Sheriff’s Deputies and injuring an Eden City employee sent to meet with him about a dog complaint.
When the two deputies arrived at Nicholas’ home at about 8:40 p.m. on Monday, May 10, they were joined by an Eden City employee.
