Richard Brockway Stolley AKA Dick Stolley was a journalist and magazine editor from the United States. He is well recognized for his work at Life magazine, where he worked from 1953. He was born on October 3, 1928, in the U.S.

When President John F. Kennedy was slain, Stolley was an editor at Life magazine, and he met with Abraham Zapruder to buy the rights to the Zapruder film, which depicted the events of the shooting in Dealey Plaza.

Stolley was inducted into the American Society of Magazine Editors Hall of Fame in 1996.
