According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Bobby Brown Jr., the 28-year-old son of singer Bobby Brown, was found dead Wednesday at his California home.
Brown Jr., who was following in the footsteps of his father with a music career, was one of two children from Brown and Kim Ward’s 11-year on-and-off relationship that ended in 2011.
Brown married the singer Whitney Houston later on.

The product of his dad’s romance with longtime girlfriend Kim Ward was Bobby Brown Jr. He was with girlfriend Kim until BB Sr. started dating and later married Whitney Houston. Together, they had two children, LaPrincia’s daughter, who was born in 1989, and Bobby Jr. in 1991.

Bobby Jr. had six more siblings. Besides his late half-sister, Bobbi Kristina, and his older sister, LaPrincia, Bobby leaves an older half-brother, Landon, who had Melika Williams with BB Sr. in 1986.
Alicia’s wife, son Cassius Brown, 11, and daughters Bodhi Jameson Rein Brown, 5, and Hendrix Estelle Sheba Brown, 4, who are half-siblings of BB Jr., have three younger children.
Naturally, with a father as talented as a singer and dancer, his son decided to follow in his footsteps.
