According to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, Avondre Victor is accused of shooting two people at the Fade Station barbershop on Saturday afternoon.
During a verbal altercation inside the barbershop, Victor allegedly pulled out a gun and shot two people as they rushed to the entrance.
Both victims were wounded, but they were able to flee to the Sunshine Animal Hospital next door, where staff provided first aid before they were transported to a local hospital.
He is 27 years old.

Victor left the barbershop in his 2004 green Ford Explorer and continued east on W. Waters Avenue, according to deputies.
Victor later crashed his car into a sign near the Amscot, which is located at 7250 W Waters Avenue, according to HCSO.
Victor kept running on foot after the collision, according to deputies, and shot himself in the leg at some point. It’s unknown if the shooting was done on purpose or by chance. Deputies later found him in the Bank of America drive-through lanes at 8320 Hanley Road, where he was arrested and taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Sheriff Chad Chronister said, “This suspect is a convicted felon and is no stranger to jail time, which he will again face following today’s shooting,”
“He has shown a blatant disregard for human life and is facing charges of aggravated battery and felon in possession of a firearm as a result of his unlawful actions. I want to commend our detectives who pieced together what happened today from two separate scenes.”
Victor is charged with felon in possession of a firearm, aggravated assault with great bodily harm, and dangerous weapon on two counts.
