Ashin Tricarico is the suspect in the West Valley shooting spree in Arizona, which claimed the lives of one person and injured 12 others over eight distinct shooting scenes.
The name of the suspect has been confirmed by police in Peoria, Arizona.

The suspect in this case has been identified as 19-year-old, Ashin Tricarico, of Surprise, Arizona. His motive is still unknown at this point as detectives are still sorting through evidence to determine exactly what occurred,”
He is 19 years old.
West Valley Shooting Spree Suspect Full Details
Police said on Facebook in a press release, “The victims range in age from 19-56 and are males and females of various races. A 3-year-old child was in one of the vehicles that was shot at but thankfully was not struck or injured. The homicide victim is a 56-year-old male. Our thoughts are with all the victim’s, their families and the communities involved.”
Peoria PD received a call at 11:10 p.m. concerning a car being shot by another vehicle. According to Brandon Sheffer, the Peoria Police Department’s public relations officer, “We realized that same suspect vehicle, a white SUV, was involved in at least eight other incidents at this time,”
He said, “We have a total of 13 victims total. Not all of them are gunshot victims,”
“The others have different types of injuries.”

He alluded to shrapnel. According to him, the fatality included a person in a vehicle who died of a gunshot wound. Police, according to ABC 15, believe the shootings were “random.” Surprise is a city in Maricopa County, Arizona, with a population of roughly 30,848 people. Surprise and Peoria are both part of the Phoenix Metropolitan Area’s West Valley.
The shooting spree lasted 90 minutes, according to KGUN-TV. During the drive-by shootings, four persons were shot, one of them died, and nine others were injured, according to Sheffer. The other people who were hurt are likely to make a full recovery, he said.
According to ABC 15, authorities are looking into whether the Surprise shooting suspect is linked to other West Valley shootings.
According to the news station, two persons were shot at the 115th Avenue and Bell Road shooting, with one of them suffering life-threatening injuries. A shot vehicle was engaged in the Loop 303 shooting.
