After getting the barcode of his COVID-19 immunization certificate tattooed on his arm, an Italian student named Andrea Colonnetta became an internet phenomenon.
Andrea Colonnetta stated he wanted a topical and useful tattoo, so he had the barcode tattooed on the bottom of his left arm by tattoo artist Gabriele Pellerone. Colonnetta has had all of his vaccinations. On Instagram and TikTok, his tattoo drew a lot of attention. His parents, on the other hand, were confused.
He is 22 years old.

In most Italian indoor venues, proof of vaccination is necessary. Colonnetta told the Corriere della Calabria newspaper, “It’s certainly something original — I like to be different.”
He added, “Certainly they encouraged me to be less impulsive and to better reflect on things,”
