Alexis Sharkey is a 26-year-old newlywed woman from Houston, Texas, who was found dead without a trace after initially disappearing. She worked as a hair and skincare consultant, and a determined quest to find her was undertaken by her loved ones.

After news of her death was confirmed, Tom, her husband, wrote on Facebook. He wrote, “My world! My everything! I’m so lost right now! My one and only!”

Disappeared
According to her mother, Stacey Robinault, Alexis Sharkey went missing on Friday.
She wrote in a Facebook post published by Robinault, “It’s with deeply broken hearts that Mike and I want to let you all know that Lexi’s body has been found. We cannot begin to thank you all for your love and the kind words you’ve extended to our family!”.

Sharkey was last in touch at 6 p.m. with her parents, and no one, according to her mother, has ever heard from her since. In January, Sharkey relocated to Houston.
Her mother said that there was an argument and she left and didn’t take her car with her.
Her friends have filed a police report and her husband has been informed.
Found Dead Details
Sharkey’s mother, a Pennsylvania teacher, Stacey Clark Robinault, had taken to social media and Texas television stations to spread the news of the disappearance of her daughter. When his wife was missing, Sharkey’s husband, Tom Sharkey, posted Robinault’s post on his own Facebook page.

On social media, Sharkey’s mom reported the death. It is not yet clear the cause of death. Her mother wrote that the body of Sharkey had been discovered but did not provide information. She said the hearts of the family were broken and called it an unbelievable tragedy. As news of the death spread, influencers and friends using the hashtag #justiceforalexis. As the news spread, tributes flooded the mother’s Facebook page. Tribute wrote by one person “She was seriously a ray of sunshine – lex was looked up to my hundreds of women & girls. Her existence shed a light on everyone she was around. Keeping your family in our prayers,”
The family told local television that on Friday, November 27, Alexis was last seen. Alexis is often referred to as “Lexis” or “Lex.” She drives a Jeep Rubicon in white.
After her body was discovered, Sharkey’s husband, Tom, chastised critics on his Facebook page. He has written,
I just want to say this! While some of you were posting on social media helping us locate my world! And we appreciate all your help, Love and support!
Others were waisting time talking about other things. Basically crap talk! And if my wife would of seen this she would be disappointed in your actions! You all should be ashamed of yourselves! I have been assisting the deputies and making phone calls to fine out what happened to my wife.
