Lorna Breen Biography


Dr Lorna Breen committed suicide on duty in one of Manhattan's main emergency departments, New York. Raised in Pennsylvania, New York on September 10, 1970, she served at New York-Presbyterian Allen Hospital. Lorna went to Cornell University for both graduate and postgraduate studies, and also completed five years of residency at the Jewish Center in Long Island. She looked after EM and IM programs from 1999 to June 2003, and later supervised EM / IM scheduling, education, efficiency, and other operational issues.
